Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Campaign Design Specialist to plan, design, and execute visually compelling and high-performing marketing campaigns.
This role focuses on transforming campaign ideas into engaging visual concepts across digital platforms, especially social media, ensuring brand consistency and audience impact.
The ideal candidate combines creative design skills with marketing insight to build campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Design & Execution
- Design creative assets for digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Develop visual concepts and themes for campaigns aligned with brand identity
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to execute campaign ideas
- Design graphics for ads, posts, stories, banners, and promotional materials
- Ensure consistency across all campaign visuals and platforms
Creative Strategy & Optimization
- Translate campaign objectives into effective design solutions
- Adapt designs based on performance data and audience feedback
- Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific best practices
- Optimize designs for different formats and devices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design or campaign design
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital campaign workflows
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing paid social media ads
- Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with A/B testing creatives and performance-based optimization
- Motion graphics or video design experience is a plus
